1. Product Overview
IS200TREGH1BEC (TREG) is a critical safety terminal board for GE Mark VI/VIe turbine independent VPRO emergency overspeed protection system, must be paired with TRPG negative trip board to form complete 125VDC trip solenoid power circuit.
It integrates 12 sealed power relays, among which 9 relays form three independent 2/3 voting groups to control three sets of emergency trip solenoids, effectively preventing single relay failure from causing false trip or fail-to-trip. The board supplies the positive 125VDC side of trip power, while TRPG provides negative polarity.
The protection logic runs completely on hardware relays, separated from the main DSPX control CPU; overspeed, local emergency stop and flame loss signals directly trigger relay voting action without relying on software operation, meeting SIL safety protection requirements for power generation units.
Front terminal blocks centralize all field trip wiring; rear high-density connectors communicate with VPRO overspeed board and rack backplane to upload trip circuit fault and status data to operator HMI. Conformal coated PCB supports wide temperature, high vibration turbine cabinet environments, hot-swap design allows online replacement without system shutdown. GE discontinued original new production, only refurbished and surplus spare parts available aftermarket.
